Conduct industry and company research to understand market trends and organizational structures and stay updated with the latest market insights and industry developments.
Maintain and update information in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Source, map, and headhunt potential candidates through job portals, social networks, and advertisements.
Support the Team Leader/Senior Consultant in executing senior-level management mandates.
Determine applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions and role specifications.
Screen, qualify, and schedule candidates for interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and recruitment best practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.
What we want from you
0 – 2 years of experience
Graduate &/or Post-Graduate in Business Admin/HR Management/Other discipline
Proactive, confident and outgoing personality
Fluency in English language with good verbal and written skills for candidate and client interactions.
