Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct industry and company research to understand market trends and organizational structures and stay updated with the latest market insights and industry developments.
  • Maintain and update information in the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Source, map, and headhunt potential candidates through job portals, social networks, and advertisements.
  • Support the Team Leader/Senior Consultant in executing senior-level management mandates.
  • Determine applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Screen, qualify, and schedule candidates for interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and recruitment best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.

What we want from you


  • 0 – 2 years of experience
  • Graduate &/or Post-Graduate in Business Admin/HR Management/Other discipline
  • Proactive, confident and outgoing personality
  • Fluency in English language with good verbal and written skills for candidate and client interactions.
  • MS office skills
