Principal Responsibilities


·Assisting the research team by providing complete administrative support.


·Managing calendar for the HoR and few other lead analysts.


·Coordinate with the region for analyst marketing trips.


·Arranging travel and logistics for domestic and international travel, including visas, hotel accommodation, car hires and air ticket bookings for the research team.


·Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls.


·Handling basic HR formalities for the new joiners and resigning employees in the department.


·Expense management – Filing reimbursements on behalf of HoR and other lead analysts, monitoring approvals and payments.


·Procurement and vendor management, including collecting data and quotes from various vendors, supervising invoicing approvals and payments.
