Position Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Primary Teacher (PRT) Female onlyDepartment: EducationReports To: Head of School / PrincipalLocation: Shrimadhopur, SikarJob Type: Full-Time Salary & Benefits : 12K to 45K between based on experience with food and accommodation for outsidersSkills and Qualifications:Education:Pre-Primary Teacher: A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred).Primary Teacher: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related subject with a focus on Primary Education.Experience:1 to 2 years Experience in teaching children in the pre-primary or primary age groups is an advantage.Familiarity with current educational trends, teaching methods, and curriculum for early education and primary levels.Key Skills:Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Patience and empathy for young children.Creative and innovative approach to teaching.Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, parents, and school staff.Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.Certifications:Certification in Child First Aid or CPR (preferred for Pre-Primary Teachers).Any additional certifications related to teaching (e.g., Montessori, STEAM) can be a plus.Interested candidate can drop their CV on pooja@educohire.com
