Job Description

Job Title: TGT CHEMISTRY Teacher
Location: Balasore, Odisha
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Design and deliver well-structured  CHEMISTRY SUBJECT lessons that meet curriculum standards.
  • Instruction: Teach chemistry skills, and communication at the secondary level.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive, interactive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assessment: Monitor and assess student performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
  • Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and development.
  • Extra-Curricular Activities: Encourage and engage students in extra-curricular activities related to language and literature.

RequirementsQualifications:
Essential:
  • Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in SCIENCE or related subjects.
    • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in English at the secondary school level (preferred).
    • Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching and strong command over the English language may also apply.
Skills:

  • Strong command of theory and practical skills for the subject.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and explain complex problem solving skills.
  • Classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle lesson planning, assessments, and parent communication.
