Job Responsibilities:
Teach English to students from Grades 1 to 5 using engaging and interactive methods.
Develop lesson plans in alignment with the school curriculum and NEP guidelines.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students’ creativity and critical thinking.
Conduct assessments, prepare report cards, and provide feedback to students and parents.
Utilize modern teaching aids like smart boards, storytelling, and phonetics for effective learning.
Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and competitions.
Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and school development.
RequirementsSkills Required:
Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Ability to create a joyful and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Knowledge of child psychology and innovative teaching methodologies.
Proficiency in using technology for teaching (MS Office, Google Classroom, Smart Boards, etc.).
