1. Qualification: B.E Mechanical

2. Years of Experience: 5 years

3. Technical Skills: Safety procedures, Quality control, Equipment maintenance, Problem-solving skill

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor production teams to achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.

3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains through the application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and addressing non-conformities.

5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adequate supply and minimize excess inventory.

6. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards by implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

8. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and optimize production processes.

9. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality documentation, and inventory records, to track production performance and compliance.

10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to coordinate production activities, resolve issues, and achieve organizational goals.
