Job Summary:
The Primary English Teacher is responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective lessons that enhance students' literacy skills. This role involves creating a supportive learning environment that fosters a love for reading and writing, while accommodating diverse learning needs.
Salary range 30K to 35 KPrefer only Bangalore located candidate.Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater for various learning styles.
- Instruction: Teach reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary through interactive and engaging methods.
- Assessment: Evaluate and assess student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Support: Identify and support students with varying levels of ability, providing additional resources or interventions as needed.
- Communication: Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in education, attending workshops and training as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensures in primary education.
- Strong knowledge of literacy development and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
