KeyResponsibilities: 1. ProjectManagement&Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile engineering
projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. Prepare
Management reports every month. Take care of paper flow received for approval of MD.
2. TeamManagement: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of
collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Take care of email communications for MD. Schedule
weekly meetings for Sales, Design, QC, Service & Production review and keep track of Business Activities
3.TechnicalExpertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in your field of specialization, offering guidance and
support to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize project outcomes. Keep track of important
activities and follow up assigned by MD. Prepare and keep updated the company presentations as and when
required.
4. StrategicPlanning: Contribute to the development and execution of the engineering department's strategic
roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, expansion, and market differentiation. Support in activities
related to marketing seminars, exhibitions, webinars, etc.
5.ClientEngagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordination with company's entities for all administrative topics.
6. QualityAssuranceandCompliance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols to uphold the
highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across all engineering activities.
7. RiskAssessment&Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, leveraging your experience and expertise to anticipate potential issues and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
