Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
2. Coordinating retail store operations
3. Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees
4. Monitor and maintain store inventory
5. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
6. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
7. Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
8. Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
9. Suggest sales training programs and techniques
10. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
