Job Title: Administration Incharge

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, and supporting various departments.


Key Responsibilities:


Office Management:

      oMaintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.

Communication:

      oHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

      oPrepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Administrative Support:

      oAssist with onboarding new employees and managing HR documentation.

      oPerform data entry and manage databases.

Event Coordination:

      oOrganize company events, meetings, and workshops.

      oCoordinate logistics, including catering, venue setup, and materials preparation.

Salary : 20K-25K Salary


Local as well as Outstation Candidates are Welcome.



Requirements

Qualifications:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Graduation & computer knowledge 


Experience: 2 to 4 years


Skills:


oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

oExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
