Job Title: Account and Finance AdminLocation: Gandipet Hyderabad
Reports to: Finance Manager/Director
Prefer local candidates only
Salary - 30K to 40 K
Transport facility with in the 10 to 12 km

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account and Finance Admin to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing financial records, handling accounts payable/receivable, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in accounting or finance administration.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management:


    • Assist in the day-to-day financial operations including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
    • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for financial transactions.
    • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:


    • Process invoices and track accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable/receivable.
  3. Financial Reporting:


    • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Prepare financial summaries and present them to management as needed.
    • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
  4. Compliance and Audits:


    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  5. Bank Reconciliation:


    • Reconcile bank statements and cash flow transactions.
    • Track and resolve discrepancies in account balances.
  6. Record Keeping and Filing:


    • Organize and maintain financial records, documents, and other related files.
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing for audits and tax purposes.
  7. Payroll Assistance:


    • Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate processing of employee hours and payroll data.
    • Assist in resolving any payroll-related discrepancies or inquiries.
  8. Other Administrative Support:


    • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support (1-3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
