Business Information: The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai, Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. Mission Statement: As a Reporting Support Specialist, within the Transformers Sales Operations team, you will be responsible to create and maintain updated all the necessary Dashboards/reports related to the Marketing and Sales area, mainly focused on data coming from our internal tools: Salesforce.com (SFDC), ABACUS, ATLAS, Configurators, STRATOS Your Responsibilities: Supporting the Transformers Sales Operations team on creating all the necessary reports related to track the defined sales KPIs across all the dimensions of Marketing & Sales (HUBs, GPGs, Segments, Channels, Applications…).   Create, test, and deploy Power BI reports. Create the reports in a very intuitive and user-friendly way. Update the dashboards/reports as frequent as needed, to reflect all the changes that are made in the different tools. Make sure that the necessary alignment is done with the different HUB Sales Operations team, the BU Operational Analyst and the CPQ lead in relation to the fields and databases. To guide and provide the necessary support to the end-users, clarifying how to use the dashboards. To develop the necessary training materials/videos on how to use the dashboards/reports. Create/Update an onboarding Report training information package focused on the Sales Operations Dashboards to be shared with the new joiners of the transformers team. Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships. Make technological adjustments to current BI systems to improve their performance. Administer BI product landscape and support end users using Jira. Access management Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion. The most important aspect to succeed in the role is to have the right attitude and effective communication skills, both with people from inside and outside of the organization. Candidate should be driven, well organized, communicative and have passion for training and developing people. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate Strong knowledge of Power Platform. Proven experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing is a plus. Proficiency in, DAX, M and SQL or equivalent To understand the different sales tools that we are using in the business unit, such as SFDC/Conga, CPQ, Powershop, e-config and the different configurators (Nextra, Camos, e-config). Basic knowledge on the booking process in SAP 4/Hana, mainly to know which information will come from the sales tools directly into the SAP when booking an order. Fluency in English, both spoken and written is must.
