Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Automation Specialist to oversee data flows, build scalable reporting solutions and ensure timely, accurate reporting to Business, Finance, and Leadership. This role requires creating data and analytics led business solutions using BI tools like Quick-sight and excel.
Key job responsibilities
• Build scalable reporting/dashboard solutions to monitor business KPIs for Business, Finance, and Leadership teams, ensuring that all data is accurate, relevant, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all advertising data and reporting-related requests from stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication of requirement gathering, prioritization and execution.
• Building automated workflows: Use SQL , Quicksight and VBA to automate complex data processing workflows
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• Experience with building and maintain basic data artifacts (e.g. ETL, data models, queries)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas
• Track record of generating key business insights and collaborating with stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Capable of managing multiple reporting cycles and deadlines, with a strong focus on time management.
• High attention to detail, especially when working with large datasets, to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Excel, Redshift, Python)
