Reporting & Analytics – Technical Lead, Wholesale Lending Technology - VP

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a team, along with hands-on development, to create BI dashboards that will provide reporting and analytics for Wholesale Lending Credit Risk. The role will lead a team of 6 or more analysts and engineers to deliver visualizations and insights from a multiple of data sources.
Responsibilities:Lead a team and hands-on execution on the following:

• Works and coordinates successfully with a multidisciplinary group of product leads, business leads and engineers.
• Plans and executes projects to support of data insights, reporting and analytics.
• Analyzes / designs complex BI Dashboards to satisfy reporting and analytic requirements.
• Uses broad discretion in developing solutions for broad based business reporting issues.
• Demonstrated competency in building a compelling narrative based on complex data and analytics that help tell your story and influence and inform a particular audience.
• ​Documents platform processes, procedures, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• 12 years+ of relevant experience in developing reporting and analytic solutions
• 5 years' experience in managing people directly (preferred) or indirectly
• Experience in managing and implementing successful agile projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Intelligence and metrics
• Extensive experience with Tableau Dashboard Development, Server and Prep
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle)
• Strong data visualization skills
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Evaluates BI tooling to identify opportunities to innovate, bring more value to the business and/or be more productive
• Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Develops a culture of integrity, productivity, quality and well-being with the team
• Experience of creating functional and technical documents
• Proficient in the use of JIRA with SCRUM

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
