Job Description
This role reports directly to the VP of North America Strategy, Planning, and Governance.
The Strategy & Governance Reporting Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to manage and enhance reporting that illustrates what projects are not adhering to the current Clarity standards
- Review projects with missing required information and work with various teams to move projects to 100% complete in the system of records
- Validate projects are appropriately identified in the governance approval process and with the correct project designations
- Review resources that are missing time, booked more or less than standard hours, report to leadership timesheet standing, and work with portfolio teams to correct time
- Report project financials based on governance approved time and costs compared to resource allocations and actuals charged
- Report CAPEX and OPEX Actuals compared to plan and escalate and follow up as needed
- Escalate projects that are starting to run hot and work with portfolio teams to come back to governance (Early Warning Signal)
- Streamline reporting packaging and advice on new standards and reports to implement
