Job Description

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Renewal Management: Ensure timely renewal of software subscriptions contracts.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Account Management: Manage customer/Partner accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, customer success, and support to ensure a seamless renewal process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on renewal status, sales activities, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Typically, 5-10 years of experience in software sales or sales support, Channel Management with a focus on renewals.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field is often preferred!
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices!
