We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Proven experience in Change Management, Release and Environment Management
- Responsible for managing ongoing support of non-production, maintenance and governance of environments and their interfaces with other Group Systems
- Ensure that environments remain robust and healthy and continues to be fully supportive of the business demands for the future
- Good knowledge of risk management, configuration management
- Excellent knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations, and networks
- Ability to priorities work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment
- Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams
- Effectively Manage and support Batch runs for ongoing projects. Investigate jobs in error
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and should be able to work independently
- Strong customer focus
- Have an excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle and new ways of working (Agile Methodologies)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to think beyond boundaries, open to new ideas
- Flexible to work in shift, hybrid working
