Job Description
As a part of the Corporate SCF (Supply Chain Finance) department at Jai Kisan, you will lead regional efforts to expand and strengthen our SCF offerings. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives on driving results while building lasting client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Business Development:
- Source new clients for Supply Chain Finance within the assigned geography.
- Identify opportunities in various sectors, understand their working capital needs, and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
End-to-End Relationship Management: - Take ownership of the entire client journey, from sourcing to onboarding and ensuring successful adoption of SCF programs.
- Manage the portfolio with responsibilities including churns, enhancements, down-sells, and cross-selling multiple financial products.
Strategic Portfolio Management: - Monitor and improve portfolio performance through regular reviews and actionable insights.
- Drive operational efficiencies and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
Market Understanding and Regional Expertise: - Utilize a deep understanding of the assigned geography to expand Jai Kisan's SCF presence.
- Develop targeted strategies to penetrate key markets and foster long-term relationships with regional stakeholders.
Collaboration and Relationship Building: - Maintain strong relationships with anchor clients and key decision-makers to ensure seamless program execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
