Job Title: Relationship Manager - Home Loans

Location: Multiple locations across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Department: Sales

Grade: Assistant Manager

Age Group: 25 – 28 years

CTC Range: 2.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA (Fixed Pay) | INR 15,000 monthly incentives on achievement of minimal disbursement targets

Overview:

The Relationship Manager - Home Loans is responsible for establishing a robust local distribution network for home loans through various direct marketing activities and contact points. This role involves building relationships with various stakeholders, including cement dealers, building material suppliers, planners, engineers, and borrowers, to distribute affordable housing loans.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve home loan disbursement goals by implementing a comprehensive business plan.
  • Engage in prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities.
  • Present and promote Home Loans to prospective clients through physical interactions and digital channels such as social media.
  • Profile customers during each interaction to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate referrals and ensure timely servicing of loans.
  • Coordinate with the credit team to ensure timely disbursement of loans.
  • Assist loan applicants in providing necessary documents for loan assessment and disbursement.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends, products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Conduct field-based activities and marketing initiatives as instructed by the branch manager to generate home loan leads.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of a home loan, from application and processing to servicing the customer throughout their tenure with the organization.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


  • Must be a graduate from any stream.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales.
  • Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Must possess a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
