We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software engineer.


In this role, you will:


  • You will be responsible to cover activities on Development (CTB) as well as Production Processing Support (RTB) fronts as needed, key aspect would be to ensure assigned Development is completed on time and highlight for any risk and suggest better technical solutions (where applicable)
  • Provide support across the end-to-end delivery, utilising the skills and expertise to carry out software development, support testing phases and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand.
  • Contribute to creating robust technical design and a strategy for development of new components to meet requirements. Work on test plans including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality aspect.
  • Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end to end journeys.
  • Identify and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
  • Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release / change.
  • Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
  • Identify and contribute to automate continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement. Also, should be well aware of the various code scanning findings and provide meaningful remediation solutions.
  • Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent, data residency etc. that are applicable.
