Job Description

Location - Gurgaon (On site)



We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Regulatory Reporting(Liquidity, Finrep, Corep) and Finance domain to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

 


Responsibilities :
 


  • Requirement Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.


  • Leverage your experience in automation to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions


  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and align them with technical solutions.


  • Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, use cases, and process flows.


  • Demonstrate a strong delivery-oriented approach to work, with the ability to work independently and proactively.


  • Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve challenges.


  • Stay up-to-date with industry-wide technology trends and best practices.


  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize with urgency to meet deadlines.


  • Collaborate effectively with large, cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.


  • Provide support for Regulatory report submission to regulator



Your Profile
 


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Regulatory Reporting and Finance domain.


  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.


  • Strong background in automation and process improvement.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and proactively.


  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency.


  • Experience working in Agile project methodologies.
