We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Regulatory Reporting(Liquidity, Finrep, Corep) and Finance domain to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
Leverage your experience in automation to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and align them with technical solutions.
Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Demonstrate a strong delivery-oriented approach to work, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve challenges.
Stay up-to-date with industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize with urgency to meet deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with large, cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Provide support for Regulatory report submission to regulator
Your Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Regulatory Reporting and Finance domain.
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Strong background in automation and process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency.
Experience working in Agile project methodologies.
