As a Regulatory Operations - Regulatory Reporting - Associate within the Regulatory Operations CoE, you will cater to private clients globally, working closely with clients and our onshore partners. You will focus on clients’ and regulators’ various reporting needs across various frequencies, deliver automation using various Intelligent Automation (IA) tools, and provide adhoc support to various data requirements from the business. This role provides an opportunity to bring a relentless focus on execution and take ownership for the delivery of measurable results.
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate must bring a relentless focus on execution and enjoy taking ownership for the delivery of measurable results. Specific areas of focus include:
- Experience in Regulatory/ Management Information Reporting
- Ensure all process & other supporting documents [SOP’s, FSLA’s, Service Requests (IAS charters)] are maintained up-to-date and adhered to
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, facilitate decision-making by providing right level of information and timely escalation when required.
- Cross functional collaboration in order to cater to the Business deliverables efficiently
- Drive change management projects and new reporting requirements independently
- Provide adhoc data support upon request by business
- Ensure accurate and timely resolutions of all queries
- Continuous learning and upskilling to effectively contribute towards business deliveries
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 8 years financial services experience with exposure / involvement in one or more of the following areas: Private Banking, reporting, intelligent automation, process improvement
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, high quality institution
- Strong Access / Excel skills
- Working knowledge of various IA tool such as Alteryx, Python, UIPath, Tableau, etc.
- Strong Data Analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Financial services / Business consultancy background preferred
- Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving challenging goal
