Job Description
As a Regulatory Change Management Lead within the Payments Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a global regulatory change execution team. You will be tasked with managing and leading disperse teams delivering day-to-day outputs for global business analysis and UAT test coordination. You will have the opportunity to apply a global and firmwide perspective in establishing direction for the global change team. Your role will also involve identifying, monitoring, and managing change processes through metrics that matter. This role provides an opportunity to communicate effectively and influence multiple audiences across the firm.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead global regulatory change execution team as a service owner, following agile methodology incl.
- Business analysis (incl. vendor led managed service)
- Requirements Capture, Acceptance Criteria, Developments (Feature Teams) and Testing
- UAT Testing coordination
- Knowledge management incl. continuous change process reengineering
- Support end to end Regulatory Product Manager on all global change requests relating with direct impact to the existing suite of Regulatory Reports [2,000+]
- Technology: Platform Modernization, System Integration, Decommission and/or Migration initiatives, etc.
- Industry wide initiatives: ISO, Clearing house changes, etc.
- Regulatory/Audit initiatives: new regulations, changes over existing regulations, etc.
- JPM Payments new business: new products, product capability extension, new payment flows, etc.
- Apply a global and firmwide perspective in establishing direction for global change team
- Identifying, monitoring and managing change processes through metrics that matter (i.e. resource allocation, capability management etc.)
- Communicates effectively and able to influence multiple audiences (firmwide, regional, LoB, location)
- Manage various regional stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hands-on experience in managing and leading disperse teams delivering day-to-day outputs for global business analysis and UAT test coordination
- Demonstrate knowledge in the Payments Regulations globally: Payment Transactions, guarantee deposits, Anti-Money-Laundering, PSD2 etc.
- Demonstrate awareness in payments processing and as a product: SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, paper based, clearings, ISO standards, SWIFT
- Previous working experience as a Change management / Transformation service owner within Payments Operations, Reg Reporting and/or Technology
- Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards.
- Operational processes transformation skills, assessing and implementing at a global scale.
- Knowledge of product management and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
