JOB SUMMARY
To organize regional training and induction programs in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager for ethical Sales Teams
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Regional Medical Advisors & Business HR
Generate sales force assessment reports in the region
Induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training Manager
Continuous evaluation and updating of training programmes where relevant
Marinating a level of field working days in consultation with National Sales Training Manager
Adopting people for specific training in the region
Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the region
Adopting markets to evaluate effectiveness of Training program in the region
Field coaching and imparting specialist KOL management knowledge for field staff in the region
Drive SFE at the region level by training the field staff on key SFE metrics
Feedback on performance and Talent management of Sales professionals
Aligning regional sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectives
Drive improvements in personal and team performance
