Job Description

Critical roles and responsibilities are: -   


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the South Region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including government agencies, engineering firms, contractors, and developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and partners, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions and support project execution.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.
Represent Terre Armee India at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.



Position Snapshot


Reporting to the VP Sales.
Based out of Bangalore.Candidate must be open to extensive travel.
Qualified as B.E. | B Tech Civil and with an MBA, preferably in sales and marketing.
Experience in developing solutions in civil / infrastructure projects, negotiating and closing/winning projects with contractors, consultants, and owners.
Strong demonstrated network with key accounts and ability to develop good relationship with customer in the Region.
Ability to develop and promote internal and external collaboration with stakeholders.  
Demonstrated ability to develop and convert to sales major projects.
Strong technical acumen is a must for carrying out TECHNO-COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY.
Balanced profile based on target based “Project Sales” and “Midstream/Upstream Business Development” activity on both Terre Armee core and diversified segments and sectors.
Must display good communication skill with clarity and transparency
12-15 years of total experience.
