Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across offline channels in FMCG, GT
- Drive retail and wholesale sales performance across the assigned region
Team Development and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities
- Set Performance targets
Channel Management:
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers to expand market reach
- Strengthen relationships and evaluate performance of existing distributors and retailers
Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion:
- Work closely with HO Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct field visits to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Analytics
- Track sales performance metrics and and maintain DSR real-time
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives

- Revenue Growth
- Team Productivity
- Market Share expansion
- Distributor & Retailer Onboarding
- Stock Availability & Order Fulfillment
- Execution of Promotional Campaigns
Education:
Full time MBA from a good institute
Experience: Minimum 8 years of core FMCG Sales experience along with regional exposure with good pedigree
Initial Base Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
