Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Execution:


  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across offline channels in FMCG, GT
  • Drive retail and wholesale sales performance across the assigned region

Team Development and Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities
  • Set Performance targets

Channel Management:


  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers to expand market reach
  • Strengthen relationships and evaluate performance of existing distributors and retailers

Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion:


  • Work closely with HO Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.

Sales Analytics


  • Track sales performance metrics and and maintain DSR real-time
  • Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives

Key Performance Indicators


  • Revenue Growth
  • Team Productivity
  • Market Share expansion
  • Distributor & Retailer Onboarding
  • Stock Availability & Order Fulfillment
  • Execution of Promotional Campaigns

Education:


Full time MBA from a good institute


Experience: Minimum 8 years of core FMCG Sales experience along with regional exposure with good pedigree
