ob Title:  Regional Manager - North India
Base Location: Delhi/Gurgaon
Job Description:
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Regional Manager – North India to join our Point of Care (POC) business unit. As a ‘Regional Manager’,  you will play a crucial role in building and leading a high-performing sales team(s) while strengthening our sales processes and strategies within the designated region.
Responsibilities:
•Team Building and Leadership:
oRecruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve aggressive sales targets and objectives.
oProvide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure high levels of motivation and performance.
•Sales Strategy Development:
oDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the North.
oAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
•Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
oCollaborate with internal departments, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
•Sales Process Optimization:
oEvaluate and optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
oImplement sales tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve sales performance tracking and reporting.
•Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
oMonitor sales performance metrics, including sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline activity, to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
oPrepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future growth.
•Technical Expertise:
oMaintain a thorough understanding of Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care product portfolio.
oStay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to Point of Care.
Qualification(s):
1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
2.Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar or regional leadership roles.
3.Strong understanding of the sales process, experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5.Experience in diagnostics, critical care, med-tech sectors is highly desirable.
6.Extensive travel is mandatory for effectiveness of this role.
7.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
