EyeROV, India's first indigenous manufacturer of commercial underwater drone/ROV based in Kochi, Kerala, the heart of maritime activities. EyeROV is a young and dynamic workspace envisioned to bring deep tech, robotics technologies to the space of Marine and Energy Sector. Within this short span of 7 years , the company has delivered world-class products and solutions to its various clients such as BPCL, DRDO, Indian Railways, Maersk, NHDC etc... EyeROV was founded in 2016 by IIT Alumnus Johns T Mathai (IIT Delhi) and Kannappa Palaniappan P (IIT Madras). The company has won numerous awards including National Startup Award 2021 by TDB, Department of Science & Technology, Best Tech Design Award in 2020 by IAMAI (Internet & Mobile Association of India), Selected as one of the Top 6 Startup of the yearIndywoods Billionaires Club, Top 8 Industrial Start-up of India from IIGP 2018 organized by Lockheed Martin, MIT, TATA Trust, IIMA and DST and has represented India in USA and Japan for various startup events.


Your Roles & Responsibility


  • Achieving the sales targets for the company


  • To work with Dams, Tunnels and allied sectors for sales of EyeROV products and solutions


  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization


  • Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders and other projects


  • Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion and maintaining customer relationships


  • Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, Private Companies


  • Reports Directly to CEO


Skills:


  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills


  • Active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented


  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change


  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder


  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirements


  • Ability to speak fluently in English and Hindi.


Added Advantage:


  • Candidates who have worked in hydrography or ROV services


  • Candidates who have previously worked with ROV or similar products or services


Experience:


 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in the Sales


Location: Kochi or Remote (within India)


Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree


  • Should have done B2B technical sales


  • Should have prior sales experience in Dams/Hydro sector
