Regional Sales Manager- ER

This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive our sales efforts in the Kolkata region for Materials and Structural Analysis Division
Responsibilities:
- Determine regional sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and nurture strong connections with important customers and individuals involved in the work.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Efficiently carry out sales strategies and initiatives to optimize revenue and market position
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a Electron Microscopy, XPS /XRD etc.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious and driven to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results
- Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic industry
- Fluent in English and local language
