Job Location: Andhra Pradesh- Kadapa, Nellore, Tirupati, Rajamundry, Vijaywada Telangana- Nizamabad, Khammam, Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar Experience: 3+ years Language: Telugu and Basic English is requiredResponsibilities: - Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Sales performance monitoring: Track and analyze sales data, reporting on performance and providing actionable insights.
- Training and development: Ensure ongoing coaching and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster. Maintain long-term relationships with clients ' distributors and retailers.
- Carry out the negotiation process and close sales.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector would be an added advantage.
3. Strong team leadership and managerial skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
6. Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Note :1. Must have Two Wheeler.
