Job Title: Regional Sales ManagerExperience: 10 Years to 12 Years (Housing Loan Experience is must)Salary: 15 LPAEducational Qualification: Under Graduate / Post Graduate.Location - Chennai region Braches Handling - Avadi, Kundrathur, Vellore, Thiruvallur , Kanchipuram, Chengalpatu.Reporting To: National Sales ManagerPrincipal AccountabilitiesBusiness target • Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted tothe branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.• Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield targetallotted to the branch.• Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention ofexisting customers.Lead generation & management activities• Monitoring the activities of the Branch teams at all locations andensure regular flow of business• Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents at all locations regularlyto ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels• Planning & execution of marketing activities of the locations with amonthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis• Monitoring productivity of the Branch teams and ensuring that allof them meet the productivity norms on monthly basisBusiness Process flow & Management• Responsible for housing loan file logins as per the product & policynorms • Location visits to meet the identified customers for appraisal of theloan proposal• Ensuring proper & complete documentation of housing loan filesput up for sanction.• Management of post sanction documentation i.e. disbursementdocumentation.• Ensuring customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned & disbursedTeam recruitment & training• Responsible for recruitment of branch teams, training them andensuring the productivity levels as per the norms of the company.Portfolio Quality Management• Responsible for management of portfolio quality.• Responsible for closure of outstanding post disbursaldocumentation• Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriateaction for regularization of the loan
