We're on the quest for a vibrant and visionary Regional People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner for our Customer Success (Sales) Board Area. In this exciting role, you'll be the heartbeat of our team, bringing together unwavering support and strategic brilliance to uplift our executives and leadership teams.


What You'll Do:


  • Lead all things People & Culture, advising on talent orchestration, leadership development, and transformative organizational strategies.
  • Champion business transformation and foster a culture that’s vibrant with change and innovation.
  • Develop trusting, strong relationships with internal partners, diving deep to comprehend and champion their business aspirations.
  • Craft and steer scalable solutions through collaboration with HR teams and COE’s and harnessing the power of our global HR network.
  • Spearhead projects that resonate with our organisations people & culture strategies, ensuring they align beautifully with business goals.

  •  A track record of HR partnership and strategic prowess in an enterprise environment.
  • Cross-regional team leadership capabilities, packed with robust HR knowledge.
  • A knack for strategic navigation, empowering change, and influencing key stakeholders.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your role in steering organizational changes.
  • Astounding communication skills, a customer-centric outlook, and a flair for engaging various audience levels.
  • Passionate about technology and keen to drive people innovations using SAP Technology
