YOUR ROLE

• Located within Regional Hub in India, the Regional Manager Packaging (IMEA + Europe), also titles as Category Team Member (CTM) will Contribute to ensure supply of the global cross-BU CT spend or regional spend, at best total e2e cost and at optimal terms and conditions whilst also getting the best access to supply base for innovation, at the same time also corroborate his/her team in specific tasks related to the processes in his / her responsibility.
• Under the guidance of the local BU Lead and Category Lead, CTM will be accountable for everyday tasks related to Sourcing and category base.
• Manage and moderate all the steps of complex and time critical RFPs in alignment with CTL.
• Develop a sourcing strategy and roadmap for selected baskets and responsible region in line with agreed One! View levers.
• Ensuring full documentation and traceability.
• Deliver on all KPI’s and targets for the relevant baskets according to yearly/long term planning and upfront target defined with CTL
• Manage Strategic and Operational Supplier Relationships for the selected basket, ensuring best-in-class benefits in the areas of cost-out, value in, manage risk and innovation.
• Identifies and implements best business partnerships in close cooperation with the regional FP KAM’s Ensures compliant sourcing in his area of responsibility, follows the global guidelines set by CTL.
• Execute negotiations with incumbent and new providers according to negotiation strategy to achieve the best total cost of ownership at best terms and conditions
• Execute and coordinate contract reviews and signatures with the legal department and the stakeholders Research and maintain market and supplier information in his area of responsibility to achieve both, price improvements and reliable price forecasting for business planning
• Aligns and cooperates with RSOs/RPOs and Mid-Office colleagues, contributing towards overall operational excellence.
• Independent project lead and project management of regional sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholder and external supplier

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Should have an engineering degree, preferable MBA (SCM + Procurement + Operations)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Should have experience into handling Global stakeholder management
• Good communication skills
