Responsibilities:


  • Contribute directly to the success of JLL and JLL’s clients seeking digital transformation and high value opportunities directly resulting from exceptional leadership in the digital age.
  • Assist in the delivery, start up, and administration of building operations systems and processes used by service delivery teams including workorder management systems and hard and soft service team facing mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives and translate them into best practices and requirements for consistent value delivery from building management technology applications and data driven processes.
  • Develop strategies to ensure user data input accuracy and ongoing data integrity in asset and work management technology applications.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential data accuracy issues within building management technology applications and data driven processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for issues faced by users of building management technology applications and data driven process users.
  • Contribute to the identification and support of ideas for using building data and technology in new ways to positively impact operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders (including business users and direct clients) to develop overall business and technology regional objectives and plan outlining the path to global and regional success.
  • Manage regional and global account initiatives to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain a global view of account technology strategy, and manage regional technology requirements.
  • Deliver business outcomes through streamlining operations, reducing costs, enabling innovation, and increasing employee experience through enabling innovation and increasing agility.
  • Develop and manage overall regional technology program.
  • Manage specific technology projects aligned to overall technology program.
  • Conduct monthly project updates and quarterly Joint Business Plan (JBP).
  • Develop strategies to optimize technology adoption to ensure ROI.
  • Bring both JLL and real estate technologies market innovations and challenge the status quo.
  • Provide market knowledge, innovation and technology best practices.
  • Partner with account Operations and other teams in delivering the proposed Technology program.
