<div>We are seeking a talented individual to join our <b>Health Operations</b> team at Mercer.</div><div><p>This role will be based in Noida</p><p>This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.</p><p></p><p><b>Senior Manager - </b> <span><b>Consulting Client Services</b> </span> <b> - Grade E</b></p><p><b>No. of Open roles -3</b></p><p></p></div><p><b>What can you expect? </b></p><p>In this role you will be responsible for serving the US region’s clients in health and wellness solutions:</p><ul><li>Ensure the timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation and optimization.</li><li>Create templates and generate reports based on predefined templates</li><li>Collection and analysis of data, summarizing and documenting information for client presentation purposes</li><li>Learn about and utilize industry leading tools in the development and execution of client work (e.g., HERO Scorecard, RFI database, Mercer survey data)</li><li>Assist in processing and analyzing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of a clients</li><li>Supporting call scheduling and project managing streamlined implementation activities, working with vendors and client teams</li><li>Developing summary reports to ensure alignment with scope and budget requirements</li><li>Interact with wide spectrum of vendors and other partners that support our clients’ health and benefits strategies and support program delivery / administration</li><li>Support MercerWell subject matter experts with content development and client delivery</li><li>Gain understanding of MercerWell suite of products and support MercerWell product team with delivery of solutions</li><li>Take the lead in new effificiency opportunities, successful deep dives, process mapping, and execute new process work</li><li>Utilize SmartSheet, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to create internal and external deliverables</li><li>Research and help refine intellectual capital and internal marketing materials</li><li>The Health & Benefits Project Manager is responsible for supporting product initiatives under the Mercer Vendor Intelligence Team to include the Mercer Vendor Intelligence Portal (MVIP) and other vendor intelligence product / solutions developed.</li><li>The Project Manager will create deliverables and serve as a primary client contact to vendor and carrier contacts on projects related to the product initiatives, including project management activities, ongoing administration support, and facilitating the delivery of our scope of work.</li><li>The Project Manager will interact with internal Mercer colleagues on the administration of the services included in the MercerVIP Premium program. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>We will count on you to: </b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office— specifically Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills </li><li>Act with a sense of urgency - demonstrating a proactive disposition and a “self-starter” mentality </li><li>Ownership of delivery on assigned work through self-planning and monitoring of all activities</li><li>Intellectual curiosity;
