As a Reference Data Management Associate in the AMS Securities Services team, you will act as a primary point of contact for end users and stakeholders, handle user inquiries, and support User Acceptance Testing. You will also collaborate with various teams to analyze and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
 


Job Responsibilities: 


  • Handle user inquiries/issues independently and resolve them satisfactorily for end users.
  • Monitor and manage the queue in ServiceNow.
  • Leverage prior experience in User Acceptance/End User Testing.
  • Participate in Daily Production issue calls with technology teams and provide end user updates as required.
  • Identify common/repeated issues reported by end users and create knowledge articles for end users to self-resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team for implementation plans per Agile release and identify the set of activities/tasks to perform on the release date.
  • Support release management production checkout activities.
  • Participate actively in Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, and Demo/Showcases.
  • Publish daily end-of-day status reports with KPIs to Senior Management, Product Owners, and Development Team.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:


  • Yu must have a Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Yu must have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in financial service organization
  • Experience in Service Desk or Manual & Automaton testing 
  • Have an understanding of the Agile framework and project lifecycle standards
  • Have an understanding of ITIL standards
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A team player and adaptable to change environment
