As a Reference Data Associate, you manage and support the delivery of a global strategy across Investor Services products. Your focus will on the Client Account Services Model (CIM), Client Documentation, Accounts, and Entitlements. We oversee in-flight remediation projects, identify risks and barriers, define project roles and responsibilities, manage governance, and track deliverables to ensure successful remediation.


Job Responsibilities:   


  • Support Client Account Services activities for in-flight documentation remediation projects.
  • Work across several products and remediation projects, including regulatory requirements and control/risk-related issues.
  • Handle client agreements and related documentation.
  • Lead a team performing functions such as searching, scanning, and indexing legal documents to electronic imaging systems.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Review documents to ensure they satisfactorily meet specific outlined requirements.
  • Contribute to a wider team and provide regular progress updates.
  • Maintain an understanding of client documents.
  • Approach work with a control mindset.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and application of policies and procedures.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 


  • Demonstrated strong people management skills.
  • You must have at least 5+ years of experience 
  • You must hold at least bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.
  • Proven expertise in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
