As  a reference data team member, within our reference data team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.


Job Responsibilities


  • Take primary responsibility for executing assigned tasks, including setting up client records on the system, maintaining work logs, and investigating exceptions.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate addition and updating of client information in respective functional applications, global systems, and mainframes.
  • Manage the workflow of Business as Usual (BAU) activities, handling requests from the Static Team, CSOs, Implementation Team, and internal departments. Ensure work is processed within established timeframes, subject to necessary controls, and targets are met.
  • Engage with Lines of Business and internal clients via telephone or email, including senior-level contacts. Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve client issues on priority.
  • Work on various BAU projects assigned from time to time and ensure their timely completion. Process any required backup tasks related to production and identify ways to improve current work practices.
  • Conduct extensive investigations on transactions and aging levels. While the role includes individual responsibilities, contribute to meeting the team's goals and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate and refer all concerns or non-routine situations to supervisors and managers.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 


  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Graduate wth at least 1 years experience in a bank operations environment.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to details, highly organized and deadline oriented, are strengths. 
  • High Level of Client centricity, sound communication and Solution orientation
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient with MS Office suite of products, particularly MS Excel. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills. 
  • Assertiveness to ask questions and pursue open issues until resolution in a positive and professional manner.
