  • Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency.
  • Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice.
  • Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
  • Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
  • Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
  • Be able to use CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
  • Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.

Reporting to:  Managing Partner

Ability to lead a team of 1-2 Research Associates


Educational Qualification


  • Graduation
  • MBA/PGDM in HR/ Marketing

Work Experience : 2+ years
