Tradeweb team is looking for a Recruiting Partner to take the lead on the execution of searches across various business units in the US. 


This role will require leverage from a range of sourcing tactics to build and develop a talent pipeline. This individual will handle candidate research, and full life cycle sourcing. The ideal candidate will enjoy building out high quality, diverse talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights back to the team.


Job Responsibilities


  • Enthusiastically recruit well-qualified applicants from a wide variety of sources including cold calling, sourcing from various Job Boards, networking, electronic advertising and occasional career fairs.
  • Focus on diversifying our sourcing pools. 
  • Focus on providing an excellent candidate experience at every opportunity.
  • Continually supply to the knowledge base of the group, sharing new information about industries, diversity recruitment strategies, and talent pools or profile types.
  • Conduct in-depth Zoom assessments of candidates using comprehensive behavioral interviewing and work history reviews.
  • Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to establish relationships and a candidate pipeline.
  • Provide full cycle and recruiting support.
  • Assist with adhoc projects and requests from the business and Human Resource team. 

Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience- in house or agency.
  • Proven track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent.
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and handling external job boards.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborating skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective communication in formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers and candidates.
  • Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to build, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
