Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter / Recruitment Head to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the GCC region, including managing bulk hiring drives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of staffing for diverse industries in the Middle East, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead recruitment campaigns and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, etc.) across multiple sectors.
- Plan, organize, and execute bulk hiring drives, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Manage and guide recruitment teams in the selection, interviewing, and assessment of candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand positions in the Middle East.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and work closely with government authorities when required.
- Develop and implement recruitment metrics and reporting to track performance and hiring success.
- Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related issues efficiently.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent sourcing initiatives.
