TheRecruitment Business PartnerRole


We are seeking a results-oriented Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will own the end to end hiring activities for our growing India market. They will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all open role, including AI/ML, Sales, Technical Support, Solution Architects, etc.


They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions.They will represent the Global Talent Acquisition team in the APAC region.


How you will spend your time as our Recruitment Business Partner:


  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Guide hiring managers on Qlik recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing Talent: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews and interviews, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Management: Coordinate the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, providing feedback to hiring managers and facilitating the decision-making process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

We’re looking for a teammate with:


  • Experience:6+ years of experience in high volume/fast paced corporate recruitment, preferably in software/technical industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Relationship Building: Expert in relationship building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
