We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team.  


In this role you will manage and lead two recruiting teams, one based in India and one based in Egypt. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives that align with our organizational goals in our International Technology Hubs (India, Egypt and Czech Republic).  In this role you will work closely with different business leaders spread across multiple countries to build trusting relationships and deliver against the businesses hiring goals.  


This position reports into the Sr. Recruiting Manager, Technical Recruiting and is to be based in Bangalore.  We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. 


What you’ll do:


  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions in our non US locations. Global recruiting experience will be preferred but not a must have.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to business stakeholders and senior management on recruitment performance. 
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and other recruiting metrics.
  • Market Expertise, Lead market mapping initiatives to gain deep insights into the competitive landscape for our roles.
  • Manage, lead, and mentor a team of technical recruiters and sourcers distributed across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and managers to ensure alignment on job requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Manage vendor relationships across multiple countries to ensure quality and timely delivery of hiring goals.
     

What we’re looking for: 


  • 10+ years in Technical Recruiting with at least 2+ years of direct Recruiting Management experience, preferably in the technology sector. 
  • Extensive expertise in hiring for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Product Design, IT, Operations, and Product Marketing.
  •  ​Hands-on experience sourcing top-tier tech talent through multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahhyre and other renowned platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), and recruitment analytics tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
