This includes working closely with HR colleagues & providing coaching and direction to recruiters and BU managers regarding recruitment policies & processes. What you'll do in the role: Develop & drive lateral recruiting strategies including sourcing efficiency, employee referrals & mobility, commercial focus, diversity hiring, volume & niche hiring. Effectively manage the recruitment team to provide lateral recruiting solutions to HRBP colleagues and Business units. Develop the recruiting abilities of the recruiting team and key hiring managers. Periodically acquire market intelligence and use the same to educate & guide hiring managers. Drive regular reporting to Business unit management & HR. Develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results.
