Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the company’s talent strategy by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with Snap’s mission and values in India and larger APAC countries like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Japan . You’ll focus on intern hires and mid-to-senior-level positions across various teams, working closely with hiring managers to build exceptional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage hands on the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Talent Strategy: Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs and develop customized sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Sourcing: Leverage various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining open communication, timely feedback throughout the hiring process, and good new hire onboarding experience. .
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor hiring strategies to refine Snap’s talent acquisition approach.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for and implement diversity hiring initiatives to ensure an inclusive workforce.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with the marketing team to enhance Snap’s employer brand in the Indian talent market.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology/ adtech or digital media industry.

Skills:


  • Proven ability to source and hire high-caliber candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, GEM.
  • Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:Familiarity with the Indian Adtech talent landscape and experience hiring in creative or media-tech industries.
