As a Recruiter for India and SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East & Africa) you will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top internal and external talent under the Business and GU umbrella, contributing to our company growth and employer brand. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and providing opportunity for Spotify’s most important asset - its people!

What You'll Do


  • Be a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor for Spotify’s business in India and across the SAMEA region with a continuous pulse on the internal and external candidate landscape for key areas of hire
  • Work with key stakeholders to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting diverse talent
  • Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in an equitable way
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
  • Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the global Talent Acquisition and HR team

Who You Are


  • You have experience working as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes in a vibrant environment
  • You have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience and enjoy working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a partner management perspective
  • You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
  • You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
  • You are a standout colleague and you strive for collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
  • You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Spotify, whether internal or external, has an outstanding and positive experience
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
