We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, who will be responsible for recruitment of Niche roles at senior levels. This role requires market research, networking with passive candidates, working as a strategic partner to hiring managers and creating robust hiring strategies that will attract the best and the brightest talent to Amazon. The candidate will need to drive regional strategic recruitment programs and work collaboratively with the TA community.

Primary responsibilities:
1. Iterate and innovate on a recruiting strategy that focuses on finding a mix of senior and mid-career tech talent with niche skill sets.
2. End to end responsibility of demand fulfillment for multiple businesses across locations.
3. Work with business teams and the Hiring managers to define scope of the role and map right project charters aligning to candidate’s interest and domain skills.
4. Drive continuous process improvements and standardization of talent attraction workflows.
5. Develop passive and active candidate relationship management strategies and provide a best in class candidate experience.
6. Expert Reporting and Analytical skills to make data drive decisions.
7. Excellent Program management skills




Basic Qualifications
1. Graduate from a reputable university
2. 6+ years of experience in Talent Advisory and recruitment roles within dynamic corporate and search firm environments
3. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
4. Ability to use data to influence decisions
5. Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
6. Candidate Relationship Management and business partnership skills
7. Experience in driving HR/Recruitment projects and scaling
1. Ability to execute employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
2. Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive internet research.
3. Continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches in recruiting
4. Self-sufficient and ability to work with little supervision
5. Good consulting and analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
6. Ability to work in a team environment with good communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
7. CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
