Job Purpose / Role Overview:


Research Coverage for the assigned Role/Function within specific geographies


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Understand from the Recruiter, specific competencies for the various roles that need to be hired based on the requirement of the business.
  • Define target geographies and industries to be researched.
  • Use all available online sources to gather information required for the search.
  • Create long list of Organizations and Candidates from the targeted geographies.
  • Screen candidates based on information available on relevant experience and qualifications and review them with the Recruiter.
  • Pro-actively develop candidate pools of certain skill sets within assigned geographical territories.
  • Maintain thorough Reports to keep track of all candidates and work related to any research done for the role.
  • Adhere to internal processes with the required level of accuracy.

Competencies:


  • Experience of conducting primary and secondary research using various online & offline sources.
  • Capable of working within a multi cultural team
  • Self driven, hands-on, enthusiastic and result oriented.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to handle objections.

Education & Experience:


  • Graduate with 2-5 years of Research experience.
