Job Purpose / Role Overview:
Research Coverage for the assigned Role/Function within specific geographies
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Understand from the Recruiter, specific competencies for the various roles that need to be hired based on the requirement of the business.
- Define target geographies and industries to be researched.
- Use all available online sources to gather information required for the search.
- Create long list of Organizations and Candidates from the targeted geographies.
- Screen candidates based on information available on relevant experience and qualifications and review them with the Recruiter.
- Pro-actively develop candidate pools of certain skill sets within assigned geographical territories.
- Maintain thorough Reports to keep track of all candidates and work related to any research done for the role.
- Adhere to internal processes with the required level of accuracy.
Competencies:
- Experience of conducting primary and secondary research using various online & offline sources.
- Capable of working within a multi cultural team
- Self driven, hands-on, enthusiastic and result oriented.
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle objections.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate with 2-5 years of Research experience.
